After launching her career in advertising, Joie quickly realized she was working too hard to let someone else define her worth.
So, she took control—and stepped boldly into the world of real estate investing.
Licensed since 2008, Joie has spent nearly two decades building a dynamic career spanning wholesaling, fix-and-flips, and new construction across Northern and Central New Jersey.
In 2017, she took her passion to the next level, earning her NJ builder’s license and becoming a trusted expert in modular home development.
Today, Joie has expanded her portfolio to include private lending, using a powerful mix of her own capital and that of trusted partners to help other real estate investors bring their visions to life.
Lending gives her something even more valuable than returns—it gives her freedom: to spend time with her family, to serve as a licensed NJ foster parent, and to mentor others on the path of purpose-driven success.
